A Hope Kit is a physical (or digital) reminder of the client’s values, memories, and reasons for staying alive. A Hope Kit can be a tangible box with photos, notes, recordings, articles, affirmations, heirlooms, and other items that inspire hope, or an electronic vault on a thumb drive or through an app like Virtual Hope Box.
