Beck Institute recognizes that acute and chronic environmental stressors can greatly contribute to decreased mental wellbeing for individuals around the world. Violent conflicts and the resulting displacement of individuals and separation of families can cause trauma, depression, and anxiety. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic has created a wave of mental health issues in both children and adults.

We aim to share resources that can help mental health professionals respond to the rising needs of their communities during these difficult times.
