Current Opportunities
- Position Title: CT-R Center Program Coordinator
- Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
- Position Category: Administrative
- Reports To: CT-R Center Director
As part of a dynamic, highly coordinated team, the CT-R Center Program Coordinator will provide center-wide support through organizing and tracking implementation projects, assisting in research projects, and general administrative duties in accordance with Beck Institute’s core values and reputation as the global source for excellence in cognitive therapy and recovery-oriented cognitive therapy.
Specific Duties:
In support of CT-R Center Projects
- Develop and set project management plans for each project
- Assist with preparing statements of work and budgets for new projects
- Create and implement organizational structure for CT-R projects
- Track and report project deliverables to ensure the Center is meeting contract requirements
- Track and report project budgets to ensure the Center is on track to meet Center requirements
- Create invoices and collaborate with Beck Institute finance team on billing and tracking of payment
- Collaborate cross departmentally consistently to ensure efficiency in project completion
- Create supportive materials for training presentations including but not limited to PowerPoints and promotional materials as needed
In support of CT-R Research
- Oversee data collection, database creation, and data cleaning
- Work with team to plan data analyses (descriptive, inferential)
- Oversee data analyses
- Assist with journal manuscripts preparation for publication
- Locate, review, and/or summarize scholarly articles and assist research activities (e.g., subject recruitment) as requested
- Complete and submit IRB proposals and maintain current IRB records
- Assist with grant proposal creation and submission
In support of the CT-R Center Director
- Oversee the Director’s schedule, providing timely reminders for appointments and key tasks to ensure seamless organization and productivity
- Administer incoming communications for the Director by efficiently routing messages or responding directly when appropriate
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage the submission of forms and receipts for reimbursement, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and timely processing.
- Regularly review and enhance CVs to ensure they reflect the most current skills and experiences
In support of the CT-R Center
- Apply for and track CE credits for CT-R projects or Center faculty
- Assist with creation of ancillary clinical materials and handouts
- Edit and proofread various materials to ensure accuracy and readability
- Attend and co-lead regularly scheduled team meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Psychology or a related field
- Fluent in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent written, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with research methods, data management, and the IRB review process is preferred
