Essentials of CBT (available spring 2021)
Dr. Judith S. Beck provides a comprehensive overview of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) through a combination of video lessons, guided activities, and suggested readings in this introductory course. Learn the basics of using CBT to help clients feel better from the initial intake evaluation through termination of treatment. This course will provide participants with a solid foundation upon which they can build their CBT skills.
CBT for Depression (available May 2021)
