Randy Fingerhut is an Associate Professor of Psychology at La Salle University in Philadelphia and a Faculty member at Beck Institute. He received his PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Miami and completed a Post-doctoral fellowship at The University of Pennsylvania Health System’s Center for Cognitive Therapy.

Dr. Fingerhut is a Fellow of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy and has been practicing CBT as a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania since 2000. He is the Director of La Salle’s PsyD program, where he trains doctoral students in CBT and assists with the development of their CBT curriculum. Dr. Fingerhut’s specialty interests include depression and suicidality, anxiety disorders, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, ethics, and self-care for graduate students. Dr. Fingerhut has presented workshops on The Fundamentals of CBT, CBT for Anxiety Disorders, and Teaching CBT for the Beck Institute.  He also provides CBT supervision and consultation.
