Adam Rifkin is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at an independent practice. He is a nationally certified counselor who received his MA in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University, where he focused his training on the implementation of Cognitive Therapy for populations with Substance Use Disorders and Serious Mental Health Challenges.

He completed his practicum and internship at Girard Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At this placement, he worked as both an outpatient therapist with a Dual Diagnosis population and an inpatient therapist on an extended acute unit with a Serious Mental Health Challenge population. His experiences in the field led him to work as adjunct faculty within the Center for Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R) at Beck Institute.
