Judge Dubow has served on the Board of the Beck Institute since its inception and serves on other non-profit Boards. Before serving on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Judge Dubow was a trial court judge in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County and practiced law for over twenty years.
