On-Demand Courses
  • If you are unsatisfied with the course, Beck Institute offers a 100% money-back guarantee, if you notify us within two calendar days of the date you purchased the course or course bundle and prior to your completion of the course.
  • If you are unable to complete the course due to extenuating circumstances, please contact our customer service team to discuss the possibility of extending the subscription and access to your course.
  • If Beck Institute cancels the availability of a course for any reason, participants will be notified via email and will be granted a refund in full, unless we determine that a comparable on-demand course is available for substitution.
  • Please note that course extensions are ineligible for any exchanges or refunds, in whole or in part. 
Virtual Workshops and Webinars
  • If you are unable to attend a workshop or webinar, Beck Institute offers a 100% money-back guarantee, if you notify us at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled start date.
  • If you are unable to complete the workshop/webinar due to extenuating circumstances, please contact our customer service team at: help@beckinstitute.org.
  • If Beck Institute cancels the availability of a workshop or webinar for any reason, participants will be notified via email. Though we would not do so without good reason, we reserve this right, as well as the right to reschedule workshops and webinars and/or substitute presenters. In the case of a cancelled or rescheduled workshop, you may request a full refund of workshop/webinar fees paid.
  • If you wish to cancel your registration, notification must be sent to help@beckinstitute.org at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled start date.
Certification

If you are unable to take your scheduled CBT Knowledge Exam for any reason, Beck Institute offers a 100% money-back guarantee if you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled exam date.

All other Beck Institute CBT Certification fees are non-refundable, including the initial application fee, any work sample fees, and your recertification fee.

Supervision and Consultation

All Beck Institute Supervision and Consultation fees are non-refundable. Beck Institute Supervisees who have completed payment for their term of Supervision or Consultation are not eligible for a refund. Under special circumstances, Beck Institute Supervisees may postpone their Supervision or Consultation term.
