On-Demand Courses
- If you are unsatisfied with the course, Beck Institute offers a 100% money-back guarantee, if you notify us within two calendar days of the date you purchased the course or course bundle and prior to your completion of the course.
- If you are unable to complete the course due to extenuating circumstances, please contact our customer service team to discuss the possibility of extending the subscription and access to your course.
- If Beck Institute cancels the availability of a course for any reason, participants will be notified via email and will be granted a refund in full, unless we determine that a comparable on-demand course is available for substitution.
Virtual Workshops and Webinars
- If you are unable to attend a workshop or webinar, Beck Institute offers a 100% money-back guarantee, if you notify us at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled start date.
- If you are unable to complete the workshop/webinar due to extenuating circumstances, please contact our customer service team at: help@beckinstitute.org.
- If Beck Institute cancels the availability of a workshop or webinar for any reason, participants will be notified via email. Though we would not do so without good reason, we reserve this right, as well as the right to reschedule workshops and webinars and/or substitute presenters. In the case of a cancelled or rescheduled workshop, you may request a full refund of workshop/webinar fees paid.
- If you wish to cancel your registration, notification must be sent to help@beckinstitute.org at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled start date.
September 2025 In-Person Workshop – CBT for Complex Cases
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy for our trainees. If you are registered for the in-person option of our upcoming workshop and are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued based on the following schedule:
- 90 or more days before the workshop – You will receive a 100% refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
- 60-89 days before the workshop – You will receive a 75% refund of the registration fee.
- 30-59 days before the workshop – You will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Less than 30 days before the workshop – No refunds will be issued.
Switching from in-person to virtual:
- You may request to switch to the virtual format of this workshop up to 30 days before the in-person session and receive a refund of the $400 price difference (minus a $50 administrative fee).
- Requests made less than 30 days before the in-person session will not be eligible for a refund of the price difference.
Virtual Option
If you are registered for the virtual / livestreamed option of this workshop and are unable to attend, our standard virtual workshop refund and cancellation policy will apply. Beck Institute offers a 100% money-back guarantee, if you notify us at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled start date.
Beck Institute disclaims any liability for any losses or damages, direct or indirect, arising from a training cancellation and will not be held responsible for any associated costs incurred with respect to travel, accommodation, US visa application fees or related fees.
Certification
All Beck Institute CBT Certification fees are non-refundable, including the initial application fee, any work sample fees, and your recertification fee.
Supervision and Consultation
All Beck Institute Supervision and Consultation fees are non-refundable. Beck Institute Supervisees who have completed payment for their term of Supervision or Consultation are not eligible for a refund. Under special circumstances, Beck Institute Supervisees may postpone their Supervision or Consultation term.
