Noah Clyman is a SIFI-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy  (CBT). As the founder and clinical director for NYC Cognitive Therapy, a group practice in Manhattan, he provides cognitive behavioral therapy services for adults with anxiety disorders and depression, and supervises eight clinicians working in the practice. In addition to maintaining a private practice, he leads workshops, and provides  professional supervision and consultation in CBT to clinicians of all skill levels.    

Other Activities 

• Delivered consultation to 5 licensed mental health professionals for Beck Institute supervision program; consultation consisted of 10 weekly consultation calls, review and scoring of 9 therapy sessions per consultee, and review and scoring of 9 case conceptualizations/write-ups per consultee. 2020-present 
• Provided virtual consultation to five graduate students at Belfast Cognitive Therapy Centre, Belfast, Ireland. Consultation consisted of monthly clinical consultation around CBT implementation with adult population across a range of clinical presentations, 2018-2020 
• Delivered consultation to 18 group cohorts in LA county (consisting of five to eight clinicians per group) over 16-week periods (16 per group); Consultation involved weekly consultation calls, review and scoring of 4 therapy sessions per consultee, and review and scoring of 3 case conceptualization/write-ups per consultee; Consultation part of largest CBT dissemination effort to date – Los Angeles County Roll Out-CBT (LACRO-CBT).
