Maternal Mental Health in 2021: Challenges, Opportunities, and Recommendations
This important panel discussion will explore the unique health and mental health challenges facing mothers, families and children. Prominent leaders in the fields of public health, perinatal mental health, and maternal-child health will discuss issues of access and equity in care and the impact of continuing stressors related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Panelists will take a holistic view of the issues facing mothers and children today and will provide recommendations for mental health and allied health practitioners who work with this population.
