April Moran has been in private practice for 24 years in the Lutherville/Towson area of Baltimore. April treats Anxiety Disorders and OCD in children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. April received her master’s degree from The Catholic University of America in 1994 in Social Work. She completed her clinical internship at Georgetown University Child Development Center. April has a background in treatment foster care in West Baltimore, Emergency room evaluations, and school social work. She is a clinical supervisor at The Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy and Research. She is a member of The Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies and the International OCD Foundation and enjoys supervising and training other professionals. She maintains a full-time private practice. April is also a corporate and school program developer and speaker in the topics of anxiety, parenting, and empathy.
