Dr. Rosenfield is active in the fields of cognitive behavior therapy and motivational interviewing as a lecturer, researcher, writer, consultant, and clinician. He is an Associate Professor in the clinical PsyD program at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Rosenfield has published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, including coauthoring a chapter in Beck, Davis, and Freeman’s seminal work: “Cognitive Therapy of Personality Disorders,” often referred to as “the bible of personality disorders.” His research includes dementia prevention and maintaining optimal cognitive functioning. He has also presented numerous invited lectures and workshops both within the United States and abroad.
Dr. Rosenfield’s clinical experience includes training at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Cognitive Therapy and the Adult ADHD Treatment and Research Program. In clinical practice, he specializes in treating clients and supervising doctoral interns to assist diverse populations with complex and challenging issues, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep disorders, substance use disorders, personality disorders, and behavioral health challenges. Dr. Rosenfield’s clients and students say that he is an extremely dedicated clinician and professor who enjoys helping his clients and students to excel in their lives and careers.
