CBT Strategies for Work-Life Balance

This training will be held as a live 90-minute webinar.

Work-life balance is something that many mental health clinicians struggle with. The irony is that mental health professionals know better than most the importance of making time for self-care. Clinicians are good at helping our clients with this, but we do not necessarily practice what we preach. Instead of primarily focusing on reducing stress, we can aspire to promote and maintain well-being. With empathy and good humor, Francine Broder, PsyD, will present and discuss evidence-based guidance in recognizing and modifying our own unhelpful thinking, taking valued action, and increasing self-care. This 90-minute webinar will include tips and tools for self-reflection and how to increase well-being for better work-life balance. By learning how to apply these techniques into our daily life, we will be better able to effectively apply these same strategies with our clients.
