BI Weight Management: Winter Webinar Series
Join BI Weight Management Program Director Deborah Beck Busis, LCSW, for a six-part webinar series to help you jumpstart your 2021 personal health and weight loss goals. Learn science-based techniques rooted in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to help build healthy habits. This series will address the thinking element that is critical for long-term success. BI will run optional coaching sessions alongside these webinars to reinforce learning.
Please note that each of the six total webinar sessions will be held on Mondays, from 12:30 – 1:25 PM Eastern Time, according to the following schedule:

- February 8

This webinar series will be hosted online.
