Ken Kaminski brings a wealth of financial expertise to the Beck Institute with over thirty-years of experience, including helping businesses in various industries enhance their business models and increase profitability. As the Finance Director for the Beck Institute, Ken is responsible for all aspects of the finance function, including supporting the development of new programs and growth initiatives of the organization. Mr. Kaminski has a BBA degree in Accounting from Temple University, and an MBA in Finance from La Salle University.
Prior to joining the Beck Institute, Ken served in financial leadership roles in various industries including, consumer financial services, biotechnology, industrial manufacturing, telecommunication, and non-profit consulting. More recently, he served as the Vice President and Controller at Innovairre Communications, a consulting business which designed fundraising campaigns for non-profit clients. Prior to joining Innovairre Communications, Ken served as the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for DFC Global Corp. In this position, Ken was responsible for developing strategic plans, supporting debt and equity issuances, and creating business analytics to support the global expansion of a publicly traded international consumer lending business. Ken was also responsible for the investor relations function at DFC Global Corp. serving as the point of contact to the banking and investment community.
Ken also served as a Board member for Aldersgate Youth Services, a non-profit organization that provides individual and group counseling services, including substance abuse and school-based support for troubled youth.
