Customer Service Representative

Diamond joined Beck Institute in December 2020 as Customer Service Representative. She graduated from The College of New Jersey in May of the same year with a BA in Psychology and a minor in public health. In her current role, Diamond assists individuals using Beck Institute’s services, accommodating their needs, clarifying information, and providing references to ensure trainees receive everything they need to learn. Outside of work, she can be found discussing the latest films, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
