Transfer or Cancel Registration
Beck Institute incurs significant administrative costs related to your registration before a workshop. Therefore, the following fees apply should you either cancel or request to transfer your registration to a different workshop date.

If you wish to cancel or transfer your registration, notification should be sent to email@example.com. Refunds will be handled and fees assessed per the policy above. A registration may only be transferred once and only towards a workshop that is scheduled to occur within 12 months of the original workshop date.
Failure to transfer your registration to another workshop within three months of the original workshop date will result in 100% forfeiture.
Updates related to inclement weather will be emailed to the address you have provided us or are available by calling 610-664-3020 during standard business hours.
If you are not able to attend due to a denied Visa, we will refund your entire registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee.
There are times when Beck Institute may need to cancel a workshop. Though we never do this lightly, we reserve this right, as well as the right to reschedule workshops and/or substitute presenters. In the case of a workshop cancelled or rescheduled by the Institute, we will transfer your registration to the next-scheduled or rescheduled workshop on that topic. If you cannot or prefer not to transfer your registration, you may request a full refund of workshop fees paid.
Beck Institute disclaims any liability for any losses or damages, direct or indirect, arising from a workshop cancellation and will not be held responsible for any associated costs incurred with respect to travel, accommodation, US visa application fees or related fees.
CBT store items are nonrefundable. You may exchange damaged items or wrong orders. Exchanges are not allowed after 30 days. Electronic downloads are not returnable.
For problems with your order, please contact the education department at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (610) 664-3020. Please include your order number in your email or have it available.
- If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us upon receipt so that we can work on reprocessing your order.
- If you do not receive your item within two weeks of your order, please contact us.
- If you ordered the wrong item, you may return it in its original condition (not used, not damaged), within 10 days of receipt, or 15 days from the postmark on the package, whichever is later. You will be responsible for shipping and tracking charges. Once we receive the returned item, we will contact you for the balance owed on the correct item, including shipping and handling. You will be refunded for the difference if the correct item is less than the returned item. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
