Combination of Exercise and CBT Improves Outcomes in Depressed Patients with Heart Failure

A recent study appearing in the Journal of Psychosomatic Research aimed to examine the effectiveness of exercise combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a treatment for heart failure.
